BIB.ON specializes in (mostly) allergen free products. Our baked goods are gluten free, dairy-free, egg-free and vegan. Please check out our ingredient list to see which sweets are right for you. All baked goods are 100% gluten free and vegan.
We do not bake with most treenuts. We do use coconut in most of our products. The FDA currently classifies coconuts as a treenut. Also, all of our gluten free flours are processed on equipment that packages hazelnut, almond flours and soy. Bob’s Red Mill power washes the machinery between runs. It also discards the initial 30 pounds of flour to prevent cross-contamination.
We sweeten a number of our gluten free, vegan baked goods with organic cane sugar + agave nectar. This syrup is known to be a healthful, low glycemic alternative for some with diabetes. Keep in mind that it is not safe for everyone. Each sugar-conscious customer should consult her physician to safely consume our baked goods.
BIB.ON's menu is ever-expanding to create safe options, free of every allergen. Although we try, we are unable to accommodate every allergy. Ultimately, it is the consumer’s responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safe indulgence.
